A long-time Florida resident, firm founder Ryan M. Cardoso has dedicated his career to helping people in the community overcome injury, devastation, trauma, and loss. Tragedy can happen to anyone when we least expect it, and it’s those times when the community comes together to offer a helping hand. We’re happy to support year-round efforts to help out our neighbors. Here are a few ways we’ve helped strengthen our community through charitable efforts.
Every year for Christmas, Cardoso Law donates Care Bears to local charities. This most recent holiday season, we donated 25 Care Bears to the Gulf Coast Kid’s House and 25 Car Bears to Valerie’s House. We hope these bears brought some smiles to lots of kids this Christmas!
From schools, healthcare facilities and neighborhoods, The Pensacola Symphony Orchestra partners with community organizations to bring powerful musical experiences across the region. Cardoso Law is a proud sponsor of this group. Ryan’s wife is a proud member of the PSO in which she plays the violin. “It’s an honor to stand behind such a talented and vibrant part of our community,” Ryan said.
On March 8, 2025, ReadyKids! presented the 2nd Annual Read Across Pensacola Day Extravaganza, a day filled with fun and creativity. Ryan Cardoso has sponsored both events, reading to children and spreading the joy of learning. Together with ReadyKids!, Cardoso Law is dedicated to helping children with the skills they need for success from day one of kindergarten and beyond.

In May of 2024, Ryan was excited to sponsor an end-of-year luau party for students at the Umbrella Learning Academy. ULA is an inclusive private school in Pensacola, Florida. Serving students from K through 12th grade.
In January 2024, we were happy to support the dedicated cadets at Pensacola High School, who participate in the Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) program. The JROTC program plays a vital role in the development of young citizens of character, instilling a sense of duty to both their nation and community, and inspiring some to consider service in the Armed Forces.
